"Money Back Guarantee" applies to DuraCotton Products ONLY.  Except for DuraCotton GOOF, Dye-Namic Images, LLC, will give 'cash-back' for goods returned in GOOD condition within 60 days of the invoice date.  Customers are responsible for freight. You must have a RMA number please, e-mail or phone for a RMA number in advance of returning goods.  GOODS RETURNED WITHOUT a RMA number will be refused.

Any returned goods after 60 days from invoice date (if accepted) are subject to a re-stocking fee with a maximum of 25%.
